  1. Water is essential to balance the vata, pitta, kapha of the body. Drink clean, clear water early in the morning on an empty stomach.
  2. Eat fresh food, fruit, juices. Food with any added preservatives must be avoided.
  3. While eating, chew well and be mindful of what is entering your body. Avoid distracting your mind from your food through phones, tv, etc.
