Posture
Before you begin the process of Aakash Ganga Dhyan, this meditation technique requires that you practice the following seated postures of Sukhasana, Ardha Padmasana, Siddhasana or Poorna Padmasana. You can choose to practice in any one of these four meditative postures. Build your body’s capacity in such a way that you are able to hold any of these postures for a minimum of 15 minutes.
Breath
Practice breathing regularly wherein you inhale through your nose, retain the breath in your chest and exhale through your nose. When you practice this meditation technique of Aakash Ganga Dhyan for a long period of time, ensure that your breathing is smooth and easy. This will grant you success in your meditation practice.
Dharana/Visualization
In Aakash Ganga Dhyan you will be imagining or visualising the sun, the moon, the stars, the planets and the entire universe. Your visualisation power needs to be so strong that you are able to imagine everything exactly as you see outside. Any object or face that you see you should be able to close your eyes and imagine it exactly in the mind’s eye. This process will take some time but with practice you will be able to shop in your visualisation skills. As you build your strength in this meditation practice you will be able to visualise the many wonderful thing. These objects will appear in front of you by themselves without any of your doing. This is a very secretive practice which can make your life beautiful and give you many powers.
